將以上的名詞寫成複數並且歸類

1 . 名詞複數字尾加S的
books, bottles, fans, mobile phones(複合名詞在最後的單字上加入s),
shirts, drinks, cups, baseball players, shooting stars, mugs, coins, dollars,
notes, staplers, bubbles, flowers, trees, hippos, monkeys, plates, pillows,
refrigerators, restaurants, robots, boys, kids,


2. 字尾加es的
boxes, brushes,watches, fishes(不同種魚加入es), dishes, waitresses, buses

3. 字尾去y加入ies的
strawberries, dictionaries, ladies,cities,

4. 字尾是f, fe要變為ves

bookshelves, thieves,


5. 單複數都一樣的/
coffee, water, deer, sheep, money, information, meat
weather,time,(單複數同形且又屬於抽象名詞)
chicken(當肉類的時候不加s)

6. 本身是複數/集合名詞的
noodles(和cookies一樣常常以複數型態出現), people, Chinese,
vegetables, clothes
woods

7. 不規則的
men, women, gentlemen, mice, children,

不過部分單字是例外
hippo----hippos,
piano----pianos,
hero-----heros
